Introdution

Martel is a dynamic and innovative SME with more than 25 years of experience in EC-funded projects, involved in around 40 H2020 projects and 6 recently funded Horizon Europe ones, including several RIAs, IAs and CSAs in the 5G, Satellite, Next Generation Internet, Cloud and IoT domains.

Role/Contribution

Martel Innovate plays a pivotal role in the QPIC1550 project, spearheading the Communication, Dissemination, and Exploitation efforts, while playing a key role in leading the Project Management Office.

Over the project’s 48-month course, Martel is tasked with overseeing quality, risk, and data management to ensure the project meets its objectives within the set timelines and budget. As the leader in Risk Management, Martel will conduct comprehensive risk assessments and will formulate mitigation strategies to address potential challenges across various project activities. In the realm of Quality and Evaluation Management, Martel will ensure the development of a quality-focused culture within the consortium, establishing a robust quality management plan that includes detailed monitoring mechanisms and key performance indicators. Furthermore, Martel is responsible for drafting a meticulous Data Management Plan that delineates the data management lifecycle, ensuring adherence to GDPR compliance and safeguarding data integrity during and post-project. Martel’s role is pivotal in guaranteeing that the project not only achieves its intended outcomes but does so sustainably and to the highest standards.

Tasked with the formulation and execution of the Dissemination and Communication Plan, Martel will be developing the comprehensive strategy that outlines the project’s communication channels, target audiences and key messages. Martel’s leadership in this area ensures that the project will not only meet its dissemination and communication objectives but also establish a strong foundation for the exploitation of its results beyond the project’s lifespan.
