QPIC1550, through Caterina Vigliar and project partner DTU, was represented in the launch of the Unconventional Computing Nordic Research Network, an initiative connecting early‑career researchers across the Nordic region working on emerging computing paradigms. The kick‑off workshop, hosted by Örebro University on 17–18 June 2026, gathered invited participants for two days of talks, discussions and lab visits, strengthening links with complementary expertise in unconventional and quantum computing.
