Elizaveta Semenova from DTU – Technical University of Denmark – recently participated in the OPON 2025 – 8th International Workshop on the Optical Properties of Nanostructures, held in University of Münster, Germany, between 12-14 February 2025.

On February 13th, the QPIC1550 partner delivered a talk titled From quantum dots to quantum networks: Scalable photonic devices operating in the telecom C-band“, highlighting exciting progress achieved within the QPIC1550 project and the NanoPhoton – Center for Nanophotonics.

Throughout the workshop, Elizaveta and other members of the community engaged in inspiring discussions and knowledge exchange about the latest advancements in nanophotonics, quantum dots, and scalable quantum network technologies.

The event provided a valuable opportunity to present QPIC1550’s developments and to further strengthen collaborations across the field.

We thank the organizers of OPON 2025 for a well-organized and stimulating event and look forward to continuing the discussions and future joint initiatives!
