The Optica Advanced Photonics Congress (OAPC) 2025 is set to take place in Marseille, France, from July 13-17, 2025, bringing together global experts in optical communications and photonic technologies. This high-impact event will cover a wide range of topics, including next-generation transmission systems, quantum communications, machine learning in optical networks and photonic signal processing.
A key component of the congress is the Signal Processing in Photonic Communications (SPPCom) meeting, which focuses on cutting-edge advances in optical signal processing and communication networks. Notably, QPIC1550 consortium member Adonis Bogris from University of West Attica, Greece, is serving as a committee member, contributing his expertise to shaping the technical program of SPPCom. The call for papers is now open, inviting researchers to submit a 2-page summary on topics such as:
- Quantum Communications
- Next-Generation Transmission Systems
- Machine Learning in Optical Communication
- Photonics for RF and Free Space Optical Communication
Access Networks – Passive Optical Networks (PON) - Optical Signal Processing
For more details on submission guidelines and topics, visit the Optica Advanced Photonics Congress-Submit a Paper page.
Stay tuned for QPIC1550’s contributions and participation as we continue to drive advancements in photonic quantum technologies!
