QTI showcases innovations at QCrypt 2024

QTI recently participated in QCrypt 2024 which took place in Vigo, Spain on 2-6 September 2024. QCrypt is one of the leading global conferences dedicated to quantum technologies and secure communications. 

At this premier event, Davide Bacco, CTO of the consortium partner QTI, delivered a compelling talk on “Photonic Integrated Circuits for qubits and qudits”, highlighting their ongoing advancements in integrated photonic solutions and engaging with the international research community on the forefront of quantum developments.

Beyond the presentation, QTI contributed to the poster sessions with discussions on real-world applications of Quantum Key Distribution (QKD), presented by Ilaria Vagniluca and Claudia De Lazzari. Partnering with Fujitsu in the exhibition area, QTI showcased its practical approach to QKD, underscoring its commitment to advancing cybersecurity and secure communication through cutting-edge quantum technology.

QCrypt 2024 provided an invaluable opportunity for networking, knowledge exchange and reinforcing partnerships aimed at pushing the boundaries of quantum communication and security solutions.
